Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in original condition. Products with broken seals cannot be accepted for return. Expired products are not eligible for return; however, refunds may be processed if the product arrives expired.
Damaged products are eligible for refund only when video proof of the damage is provided. The video must show the opening of the received parcel on the same day of delivery. Without this documentation, we cannot process refunds for damage claims.
To initiate a return or refund, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
Items must be returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before processing refunds. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
